I m also in flavor of Classic Flavor for 3 reasons :
For the last 10 years, it was THE (only one) proposed flavor, now we might have 
more than one 
There is "Class" in classic , sound positive to me
It has a distinguishable name

I find "xwiki flavour"  confusing ( it implies that other flavors are non-xwiki 
ones...)
