Just to clarify:

But what I actually said (and I'm quoting myself now) was -

"...but transfers take anywhere from 7-10 days to complete (I believe these
are 7-10 business days)." NOT 5-7 days. It's a minor technicality but I like
to be quoted correctly.

In addition,
If anyone is having any problems with transfers (taking to long, not going
through, etc) the best place to get help first is [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or
better yet read the FAQ's first to see if your question has already been
asked/answered)

Cheers, ;-)

We were at cross-purposes so David - I never suggested that 24/7 support was
needed. Simply that it might be a good idea. I don't have the time to go
through what I said now, but I remember one comment - "It would be nice to
know it was *there*."

I should point out that Tim from Tucows contacted me off-list to explain
that
5-7 days is the expected time for transfers. So OpenSRS have just out-
performed themselves in the past in my case. Good job. :)

Still no reply on the UK transfer I enquired about though. *sob* :)

It wouldn't, but I don't think it's the case. A bit OTT I guess, but I was
in
foul humour. My apologies to OpenSRS for even suggesting it.

Now, where's my UK domain! :)
