It doesn't replace my phone, and it doesn't replace my computer, so the only need that I see it fitting for me is the e-reader that I don't currently have (and don't really see a need for yet either). So unless it can do eBooks better than the Kindle or Nook, I really don't see the point. If I really want to watch videos on the go, I can do it on my phone or my laptop, which are both already with me pretty much everywhere I go (hence the reason I don't have an e-reader yet).
