Like you I have had re-buffering issues, since 7.2.1 to varying degrees. I also fail to understand the buffering strategy for track start. It is a probable reason many people have bandwidth problems. This peak demand is significant, especially if it coincides with other activity. I have measured peak rates of 6 times normal running level. I also think this peak issue will have subsequent effects for those of us who are transcoding for non-native formats, peak demand in processor performance required.
