TIA. I've been a Napster subscriber for 3 years now, I've never had a problem so never had to use customer services. As far as the service is concerned I have always been happy, it has a vast library and the streaming is very good quality. I am even happier now it is integrated into Squeezecenter and now I can almost get my monthly subscription back in mp3 downloads I'm well chuffed.
