Maybe I don't understand, because you haven't written anything which actually *explains* your point - the why's and how's? Only given variation of the same negative *effect* - which essentially is that: the present now can't be enjoyed if one has access to a smart phone! Thats simply not true. Anyhow, while there certainly are interesting aspects to this discussion, its also sort of irrelevant. My kid has been playing with iPhone since two and her kindergarden have iPads and stuff - and its like this many places. Smart phones and such are as natural as a kettle of water to them.
