It is my understanding that the squeezenetwork interface and the slimserver interface will shortly both be retired and be updated to the new squeezecenter interface which is supposed to be a unified interface to control your squeezebox. It is also my understanding that the new controller will also be using the squeezecenter interface.
That being said, can someone explain if the new controller will be better at controlling the squeezebox compared to using squeezecenter on a laptop?
