hi Bill, sorry to jump in (with nothing helpful) but I have almost identical symptoms and have been working with tech support for nearly 3 months now..... we've tried all sorts of uninstalls, registry cleans, reinstalls of nightly builds but so far no luck. (I run XP too). If we get a fix, I'll keep you in the loop, and will of course follow this thread too. mike
