Yeah after doing some Googling I found that GoDaddy has a class action
lawsuit or two against them for not paying overtime and other things. Also
lots of posts from disgruntled employees and tons of horror stories from
customers. Even a website dedicated to such ( http://nodaddy.com/ ).  I
guess that explains the high turnover.
