Sorry for posting here, but I have serious problems with Tucows support.
 I had started > 100 .eu transfers 1 week ago. The transfer did not go on for 
60,
 I phoned the registry EURID in Belgium, they told me that there are problems
 with the organisation field with 60 domains.
 
 So I wrote support that the registry told me, that the registrar must send an
 email to the registry = EURID, asking for cancellation of the transfer.
 I got replies like 'waiting for the reply of the loosing registrar' and 
others, 
 but for .eu the loosing registrar is never asked for that.
 What is necessary is just simply to forward my list of pending transfers
 to the registry asking for cancellation. They also know, the there is not
 much time left until April 7th.
 
 It seems that support is not really informed about .eu issus, what is somehow
 disappointing, because most domains have been registrated on April 7th.
 So 7th April is currently the most important date for .eu.
 
 If Tucows will not send out the email to the registry, I will loose 60 domains!
 Waiting until the registry will cancel the transfers automatically will take 
to much
 time, there will be not enouph time to resubmit the transfers.
 
 So Tucows, please take care of the issue. It is very simple, I have sent the 
list
 of domains to support, just make a short note and forward the list to the 
registry.
