Hi all,

I can assure you we care as much about our European ccTLDs as any of
our TLDs; in fact, many of our European ccTLDs are among our most
popular products. I realize we've had some .de and .eu issues
recently, and apologize for any inconvenience we've caused. Rest
assured we've been working hard on resolving any that arise
(including the .de manage interface one from earlier this week, which
I believe has now been resolved and should be released tomorrow).

Most European registries have their own set of policies, procedures
and systems, which can sometimes lead to a miscommunication with
support, but we always strive to be on top of any issues (and always
want to hear of any you might encounter).

Thanks,

Adam
