I cannot help you on this issue, but we are also dissapointed  
about .eu and .de
domainnames at tucows. The processes for this TLDs are not  
implemented well,
e.g. errors in the management interface (owner change, ns update
for .de transfers in the past), transfer problems for .eu domain names.

.com .net .org .biz .info processes are working well, but the  
European TLDs
processses making problems very often. For me it looks like that the
domain volume is not high enough for this TLDs so Tucows does not care
about them, or is it anything else? I don' know
