I'd like to know how the BK licensing issues have damaged any community.
Other than a pile of flames, noone is showing any damage and there is a
lot of value added.  Trot over to the Linux space and you'll see that even
the most fanatical free software folks admit things are much better now.

People claim that our license is a problem but the only real problem is
the people making the noise.  All sorts of people have said they are going
to reinvent BK, they tinker around for a few days or a few months and then
they give it up, it's every bit as hard as I said it was.

I think that the single biggest problem with the BK license is that there 
isn't anything in it that makes sure that you still get BK if BitMover
goes under or I get hit by a truck.  We're trying to figure out how to
fix that because that's a reasonable concern.
