The DDX in Xorg should work fine with the DRI modules assuming they
applied the patches. If not then Mike Harris has the right driver
bits in the current Fedora 1 XFree86 4.3.x tree. I've not had time to
finish up the 2.6/Xorg porting (real world got in the way) but plan to
do so at some point (provisionally August)

The DRI code probably needs a fair bit of fixing, I know several things
don't work quite right in it.
