I totally get why it's a bad idea to say "you get x amount of space for y amount of money and you can use it for anything." But if you're thinking about having accounts for RP that are subordinate to a master account (either a mod account OR a player account), that would mean dealing with changing the account tier system anyway, and I would suggest not offering phone posts as a feature of that account level, because even if an RP does take place in a world that has phones, most RPers aren't going to try to record an audio post in character because their voices are their voices--not the voices of their RP characters who may be a different ethnicity, dialect, age, gender or even species from themselves. What RPers love, and will throw money at, is icons--particularly in celebrity RPs--and layout customisation.
