Honestly - and this is all just my own opinion - I hate that page. I never use it or anything on it. It's crowded and clunky and has too much stuff on it to be really useful.
However, I assume that's the point behind the question - which parts of this might be useful and which are not?, yes? The stats are helpful - 'you have used x of n voiceposts' etc... and the birthdays and announcements, but other than that - I never use the rest of the things there FROM that page.
