Dunno if this fits the same topic - but why is the link to the support boards buried in a place where it's nearly freakin' IMPOSSIBLE to locate unless you're looking for it? I mean, don't put it on the front page, but don't bury it where the volunteer types who might WANT to help can't get to it.
Sorry - random annoyance b/c it's in the same damned place for all of the LJ-based code using sites and it's STILL not easy to find even knowing where it is. So - adding to the list below - if you regularly answer questions on the support board - have that link show up on your home page automatically?
