I could see this fitting in with an overhauled poll system - which would hopefully allow results to be submitted without opening a new page, as this is the most annoying thing about the current poll system. In addition, I'd love it if people could "upvote" comments, rather than having to leave an "IAWTC" on them. If you could just click "I agree!" then that would be lovely. As a slight tangent, I love the way that Hacker News uses this for impromptu polls - where people can leave options that can then be voted up. So, for instance, if I'm having a "favourite film?" poll, someone could suggest "Lost in Translation", someone else would suggest "Magnolia" and then the next people who agreed with either of those suggestions would vote them up 1, so that eventually we have a bunch of answers, in order of popularity. Maybe I've thought about polls just a little too much :-> Oh - this would all be voluntary, of course. The last thing you want it people voting on comments on your post about your recent bereavement...
