Leah It would be nice to keep track of the time required to receive a 997 for some time sensitive documents. These are for Load Tenders 204, 990, 214, etc. Our client has a very narrow timeframe to reply to these documents and having the correct times would be useful.
I don't think that I can ask the major chemical company to change their ISA/GS info, but it would be pretty easy to do on our end.
