>That's odd your customer has Amazon as a TP yet doesn't have any TP Contact >information??
Huh? Where have you been the past ten years? Every week we're good for at least a couple of "does anyone have a contact for <my trading partner>?" questions. >...which was found by doing a google search using 'Amazon EDI contact'... I know I once posted my own personal technique . let's see if I can find it....nah... but let me recreate best I can... Pick up this newfangled thing they call a "telephone." (This wondrous piece of technology allows you to speak with other people who are not even in the same room!) Call the parnter's switchboard (phone numbers are often found on the partner's web site); press '9' to speak to a human if necessary. Introduce yourself and state your problem to the human. Allow that human to connect you with the correct party. Allow for the fact that you may not get the exact right party the first time and you may have to introduce yourself and explain the information you seek again. Repeat until succesful. Darned, now all my competitors are privy to my secret method! Michael C. Mattias Tal Systems Inc. Racine WI [email protected] ------------------------------------ ...
