I've had but one brief experience with Amazon... and my client had obtained all 
the info I needed.

OTOH, I have lots of experience "EDI-enabling"  multiple clients (vendors) with 
*multiple*  'EDI Groups' (regular, Walmart.com and 
"new stores")  at Wal-Mart.

I've said this before but I will say it again...

While the "hard to work with" label was applied - deservedly so IMO -  to 
Wal-mart ten or more years ago, it no longer does.  Since 
that time I have found the Wal-mart "Vendor EDI Support" folks nothing but 
accessible, knowledgeable, prompt and professional.
