I've had but one brief experience with Amazon... and my client had obtained all the info I needed. OTOH, I have lots of experience "EDI-enabling" multiple clients (vendors) with *multiple* 'EDI Groups' (regular, Walmart.com and "new stores") at Wal-Mart. I've said this before but I will say it again... While the "hard to work with" label was applied - deservedly so IMO - to Wal-mart ten or more years ago, it no longer does. Since that time I have found the Wal-mart "Vendor EDI Support" folks nothing but accessible, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Michael C. Mattias Tal Systems Inc.
