Till now the other VANs have been quietly benefiting from GXS’s actions. The 
interconnects they posses to GXS have been huge barrier to entry to new 
competition since 2001...all of which have come in as Service Providers 
dependent on the VANs for interconnects.

I do think the calculus is now about to change.
