Huh?
If you are asking what I think you are asking, expressing
general unfamiliarity with RTTM, the answer is,
"Yes! That is exactly what RTTM is based on.
It is, indeed, perfectly symmetrical. The 'first half versus
second half' will look just the same as 'second vs first.'"
(And the extremes are apt to be less-so, going either
direction.)
