Yes, in theory any vertical half wave that is center fed should have the feeder run at exactly a right angle, but in practice, Force 12 provides a support arm for the coax, and that is sufficient to bring the coax off a couple of feet where it then can hang either parallel or at an angle to the vertical and we noticed no interaction at all.
