Are there any Claris Emailer users out there who also use Sympatico.ca as their ISP? If so, how do you deal with your spam? I am considering their DSL service but their technical help person couldn't tell me whether Emailer would be able to "pull" the spam folder (into which Sympatico files all mail they consider to be spam)directly into my Emailer database. Most email programs of his acquaintance can synch up in this way but he had never heard of Emailer. If Emailer can't, I would be obliged to continually check the site's folder for misdirects. My present ISP tags items and they download along with the rest of my mail - Emailer has been set up to file them accordingly. Unfortunately, Sympatico separates them out and puts them into a separate folder on the server. I am considering Sympatico because they have a DSL connection and my ISP's cheaper high speed (1500bps) connection uses ASDL which I understand may be a problem as my phones lines are somewhat "dirty" and I sometimes get bumped from a 48bps connection. I might be more inclined to stay with them if I could be confident that the ASDL would work as well as the DSL.
