According to Sympatico's faq listed on the DSLReports site: "Bell Sympatico currently offers ADSL." And someone in one of DSL Reports' forums: "Their technical staff is the worst ever, they have NO idea what they are talking about!" I then went to a page on the site that lists the Canadian providers - we do have fewer: big country/small market (population is smaller than that of California!) and found another company with excellent reviews - shall look into them.
