Ahhh, the plot thickens. "Mozilla Thunderbird" is an email client, just
as Emailer is an email client. Firefox is a web browser, so recommending
that he use Firefox won't impact his problem in any way. What he needs to
do is direct his question to a Thunderbird support group (or, of course,
switch to Emailer).
