>Have any of you tried Firefox? I hadn't heard of it before. I use Firefox on my windows machines, except for ones running XP SP2 or Win2k3 SP1. Those two versions include a good popup blocker built into Internet Explorer.
I used to use Firefox on my OS X machines as well (and its previous named versions like Camino and Chimera). But recently, Safari has been working well enough for me to stick with it. I wish there was an OS 9 version of Firefox as I'm not overly happy with any web browser in OS 9. I alternate between iCab and Mozilla, but both have their issues (iCab renders pages a little funny, and also hangs the machine with many javascripts until it decides the script is stuck in a loop and offers to let you stop it, and Mozilla is just not stable enough for my taste, and also has a killer bug with AIM that periodically causes AIM to lock up the machine until you force quit it... of course, that could be an AIM bug, but it only seems to happen when AIM and Mozilla are both running, and AIM is causing Mozilla to open web pages). -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
