Thank you for the post, in the past I've implemented a 5 axis Router , working in torque mode , AC servos (yaskawas ) all all-round with harmonic reductions on the 2 rotaries., without any probs, however the linear encoders give an extra piece to the problem. What resolusion (microns) should the scales be to be able to work properly?
