It's still in English for the Polish translation, as are the pages, so I assume the Polish translation hasn't been completed.
However, for Russian, the situation is a bit odd. The pages properly render in Cyrillic characters but the selection bar renders an Ascii representation of UTF-8 encoding. For example, the first selection renders as "Главна$#1103;" in my Chrome browser. Incidently, this first selection is still a hyperlink to the English-language Home page, not the Russian-language Home page. Was that intentional?
