And finally, before I got to bed myself, consider the selection bar
running across the upper part of the page that in English offers
choices "Home", "About", "Download", "Documentation", etc. It looks ok
in French, German, and Italian, as do the pages themselves. It's still
in English for the Polish translation, as are the pages, so I assume the
Polish translation hasn't been completed.

However, for Russian, the situation is a bit odd. The pages properly
render in Cyrillic characters but the selection bar renders an Ascii
representation of UTF-8 encoding. For example, the first selection
renders as "Главна$#1103;" in my
Chrome browser. Incidently, this first selection is still a hyperlink to
the English-language Home page, not the Russian-language Home page. Was
that intentional?

Regards,
Kent
