So, you can toggle a pin at slightly over 2 MHz.
This measurement is from the BeagleBoard, but should be similar to the 
Bone's performance.
The direct pins on the PRU (not available on the BeagleBoard) are 
supposed to be lots
faster, but I have not moved to the Bone, yet.
