Just a new configuration.

The base frequency of the PWM is currently 33 MHz and the PWM resolution is 10 
bits so the current max PWM rate is 33 MHz/1024. I can double the 33 MHz to 66 
MHz inside the FPGA to get 66 MHz/1024 PWM rate easily  (or use the 50 MHz 
clock and double it for 100 MHz/1024 max PWM rate.
