Yes. This will be an issue until we decide to make stepconfig versions of the types of machines for which it was written. I tried using the HAL save stuff but it produced files that were so much different from the hand written ones that I figured I'd confuse things badly. No solution here except to say that perhaps 2.3 ought to supply configs made with the configurator.
