The timings in the chart seem a bit better but still not good enough. Yes I can jog and the motors sound reasonable,
When I try to engrave a line of text the individual letters look good, but they get progressively, and randomly, miss-aligned on the y axis. Also the total length of the text seems a little small. When I try to engrave a series of 3 squares and a circle, the squares get rounded corners and the circle is miss-placed in the pattern. Does this help to diagnose the problem? Is it a question of tweaking the timings? When a motor looses steps does it do so in the same place every time you run a program?
