Did you run latency-test for more than 10 min to see if your PC has good 
real-time performance?

If the g-code looks ok in AXIS and you see the tool move correctly in 
AXIS and you are not getting real-time errors or following errors during 
machining then it means EMC outputs the correct step pulses and thinks 
your machine moves as commanded.

So the error is probably between your parallel port and the machine. Are 
the step timings suitable for your stepper drives?
Is the PSU big enough to provide max current to all three axes if 
required? Is there a current limit in the stepper drive (set it to max 
what the motor can handle)?
