Did you run latency-test for more than 10 min to see if your PC has good real-time performance? compare to this table: http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/emcinfo.pl?Latency-Test If the g-code looks ok in AXIS and you see the tool move correctly in AXIS and you are not getting real-time errors or following errors during machining then it means EMC outputs the correct step pulses and thinks your machine moves as commanded. So the error is probably between your parallel port and the machine. Are the step timings suitable for your stepper drives? Is the PSU big enough to provide max current to all three axes if required? Is there a current limit in the stepper drive (set it to max what the motor can handle)?
