I was wondering about the ethanol/alcohol aspect.  
Is there a denaturing agent in it?  What, isopropanol?  
Or do they use methanol or something else, maybe?  
Are there separate vapor/VOC problems with those? 
Or if it's "pure", (95%/190 proof?), aren't you up in 
"Everclear" territory, and wouldn't you have to pay 
some kind of whiskey tax or stamp?  Is there a license?  
Does the ATF get involved?  How does all of that work?
