I was wondering about the ethanol/alcohol aspect. Is there a denaturing agent in it? What, isopropanol? Or do they use methanol or something else, maybe? Are there separate vapor/VOC problems with those? Or if it's "pure", (95%/190 proof?), aren't you up in "Everclear" territory, and wouldn't you have to pay some kind of whiskey tax or stamp? Is there a license? Does the ATF get involved? How does all of that work?
