The same thing that make these great for cooling also makes for a hot time
in the shop tonight.  Be certain to check your fire insurance.

As to controls for vapors, Capture is expensive.  Certainly Carbon columns
could be used which would require heat and distillation columns to recover
the solvents.  Start adding equipment......  Perhaps adding a chiller to
your current cutting fluid would accomplish the same goal, your still stuck
with the mess though.

The air agencies are primarily concerned with carbon molecules which react
to for smog.  When I was actively involved in this work (as a regulator),
Acetone was exempt. I saw many places using this stuff heavily.  Not sure of
the agencies started picking that one up.
