If you are not using the graphics output for anything, then it is at 
least conceivable
that this could be done, maybe using the screen refresh rate as the 
clock for the whole
system.  This would be most likely a way to get a lot of one-way traffic 
pumped out,
such as for step/direction drives.  It is not likely to be useful in any 
kind of servo
system where the CPU gets position updates.
