Done. Now it's working ok and the leds are all on. There's one led that's
blinking on the bottom of the board but I guess it's normal.

By the way, generating a configuration with PNCCONF was tricky and the
final configuration didn't worked because one pin was liked two times, so I
used John's files and worked well.

I was able to read the encoder but not to send the voltage output to feed
the variator so I'm going to try this monday.
