Aram, I am sure the 5i20s are not garbage. You are correct about updating causing problems. Everytime you do it you will have some problems but sometimes it is necessary to do. No one in this group will do anything to cause anyone any problems. 1. Relax. 2. Ask your questions. 3. Read the answers and try to do what is suggested. 4. Then report what you find and ask any more questions you may have.
remember number 1 repeat 3 and 4 until your problem is solved You must remember no one is with you so some questions will not seem to make sense. The person asking the question needs you to tell him what you see because he is not there with you to see for himself. Not all comments are made as an answer to a question. Some comments are for information purpose only so the group can help you figure out the problem. Your negative comments and gripes only tend to cause people to not want to answer your questions or enter the conversation at all. Please stop complaining. Complaining will cause you more problems than it will anyone else. The people in the group must answer your question voluntarily. If you complain enough they don't want to answer you then the answer to your question will not be in your email.
