Most likely

joint folowing error 0 is an error on X
joint folowing error 1 is an error on Y
joint folowing error 2 is an error on Z

I am not at all sure that the PID scaling or even polarity are identical on 
m5i20 and Hostmot2.

Also not sure if the encoder direction is the same. So first I would verify 
that the encoder direction and scaling are correct and if not fix them first. 
Then I would widen the ferror limits and check if the drives run away when 
enabled. If so the PWM scale needs to be reversed.
