Most likely joint folowing error 0 is an error on X joint folowing error 1 is an error on Y joint folowing error 2 is an error on Z I am not at all sure that the PID scaling or even polarity are identical on m5i20 and Hostmot2. Also not sure if the encoder direction is the same. So first I would verify that the encoder direction and scaling are correct and if not fix them first. Then I would widen the ferror limits and check if the drives run away when enabled. If so the PWM scale needs to be reversed. > > > On Fri, May 23, 2014 at 11:37 AM, a k <pccncmach...@gmail.com> wrote: > >> hi >> interesting part is that yesterday when i start computer it give error >> that i post here. cnc window did not want to open and error was there. >> today same computer - everything same - start - open cnc widow with no >> problem. >> i even turn motor to see if encoder will move - yes and all encoders are >> connected right - figures in axis do change. >> only when i power machine on i getting ---joint 2 following error ---- >> looks like tuning problem but i put all ini file back. >> and those ---joint 2 following error ---- activated instantly after power >> on machine --F2-- >> >> why situation change overnight? by them self? >> and ---joint 2 following error ---- not just tuning problem but something >> else. >> How i can do that --their EEPROM >> data updated to the current---? >> >> i am not complaining. thank you for all help. maybe it consumer reflex - >> when thing is working it switch happiness On/Off. >> >> >> >> >> >> On Fri, May 23, 2014 at 5:54 AM, Peter C.
