Hi
i found that that scale is different.
in emc2 2.2 theory was
encoder pulses - in my case 8192 -- and that is per quadracha -- so
x4--=32768
than ball screw about 5 pitch per 1"
so times 5 and that get to around 163840 for scale.
with 163840 i getting error.
i increase that number to 1063840 and i can jog in 0.001 increment and
consequently instead 0.001 machine moves 0.007
my question is - encoder with 8192 pulse is too old and i need servomotor
where encoder output 10 times more pulse or get gear reducer head with
ration 1to 50 etc?

i want to be sure that my ac servo motor (with 8192 pulse) tune able at all
with emc2 -2.5 ?
