The 5I20 is unchanged and you can go back to 2.2.5 easily if you saved you 2.2.5 installation The 5I20s that you have are old enough that they may need to have their EEPROM data updated to the current to be able to rum Hostmot2 firmware, but this is not clear because At one point you showed an error that indicated a card access problem (FPGA reset issue) but then you said that you were able to launch linuxCNC What is the curret situation with running linuxcnc 2.5?
