<Chuckle> ;-)  Obviously a man of good taste. :)

Bailey's I have, but thats the wife's occasional nightcap, so I check the 
bottle occasionally to make sure its not empty yet, replace and sample a 
fresh one to "make sure its good" when it does go dry, :), but being 
diabetic, I generally stay out of it.  I'd replace the Jamesons with 
Jack, Black & neat when I have it. Out for the last 6 months. It takes 
me a couple years to do whatever passes for the not quite half gallon 
jug.  3 fingers in a jelly glass is about right & reminds me what the 
good stuff tastes like, runs the sugar meter up 150 points & yelling 
about ketones though.  Obviously I don't do that very often either.
