Ours gets polluted a bit as its making, couple shakes of cinnamon on top of the dry grounds, followed by a shake or two of cumin. The cumin is highly active against intestinal cancers, and the cinnamon is a minor help toward me being able to burn sugar. THEN the missus might add a wee dab of Bailey's to hers if its the last cup of the day & after dinner. Shes a cheap date, knocks her right out for the night. :) > I'm usually a single malt scotch and cigar kinda guy, but I do enjoy > the occasional bourbon.
