My mill uses analogue 0-10V from a Mesa card. The other way round would make more sense, a lathe has more need of realtime spindle speed control than a mill. But the only problem caused by non-realtime spindle control is marginally different surface speed to programmed. -- atp "A motorcycle is a bicycle with a pandemonium attachment and is designed for the especial use of mechanical geniuses, daredevils and lunatics." — George Fitch, Atlanta Constitution Newspaper, 1916 _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list Emc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
