Hi all, Just used threading oil with a brush. It got warm enough with 1/2" HSS, 390 RPM, 5.5ipm that a bit of smoke came off. Something like this could use a chamfering pass around the edges. Ignore the small hole along the opening. Just grabbed a scrap of angle that I had in the junk box. Really have to learn how to hold the work more firmly. John
