Give detailed assistance and give reference is redundant work. If some E developer has free time and is willing to help a user with problems, then it could improve (just enough to help the user) the related docs and point the user to the updated docs. This way, he only will invest time for one thing (doc/ref) instead of two (doc/ref and user).
