I have never solved my problem of syncing EntX to my Sony Clie. If I try to synch all 1300 entries, they all transfer to the Sony but many appear out of alpha order. It takes an hour to find these and simply reenter the first later of the last name or of the company, in which case they appear subsequently in alpha order.
I have tried synching a single category, as suggested. When I do this, however, that single category in EntX does write to the Sony BUT, it over writes the entire database! ONLY that category ends up in the Sony! This is not what I would have expected. I've tried using the Address book as an intermediary but that has not proved useful. When I try to synch from the Address Book to the Clie, I end up with most entries duplicated (about 2600 entries when it completes). Any thoughts about how I can synch the 1300 or so entries in the Clie with those in Entx? There are dozens of new ones in each database that I'd like placed in the opposite one. TIA!
