Entourage X has a nasty habit of processing double clicks TWICE -- once to
open the message and then again to minimize it, assuming the double click
coincides with the message's title bar. The way to "fix" this is to go to
System Preferences > Appearance and turn off (uncheck) "Minimize when double
clicking window's title bar."
